Unless otherwise specified, all products supplied by Aarcee Electrical Controls are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of the invoice.
The warranty applies only to defects arising from manufacturing faults under normal operating conditions and proper usage. It does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Fire, accidents, or natural calamities
- Improper installation or incorrect usage
- Inadequate maintenance or unauthorized repairs
- Electrical fluctuations or misuse
- Intentional or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
All warranty claims are governed solely by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. The approval, repair, replacement, or rejection of any warranty claim will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and inspection process.
Aarcee Electrical Controls, the manufacturer, dealer, or supplier shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, damage, injury, or business interruption arising from the use, failure, or malfunction of any product.
Customers are advised to retain their original invoice, as it serves as proof of purchase for all warranty-related claims.
